Nice Ethics....

What am I supposed to think about this statement attributed to Alan Dershowitz?

I have been in touch with Claus repeatedly. I have not been in touch with OJ Simpson since his trial.

I'm sure it hurts OJ to have been dropped from the Christmas Card list but, whether or not he paid his bill,¹ I don't think his former lawyer should be publicly insinuating that he was guilty. Anybody else, opine away, but not the defense attorney.
